Welcome to the website of the
Team Parish of Gainsborough and Morton
Monday 6th October 2025
Thank you for all those who have sent details for the updating of this website. I have not yet been able to incorporate all the suggestions, but aim to do so in the next two weeks.
The website will not be visible now til 20th October (as I am away next Monday, 13th). However if you would like to have a look at it in between times, simply contact me (07961 296421) and I will publish it for you to have a sneak-peek!
The site is waiting to be populated. Could some more details be sent so that I can update please.
(To send to beermatreader@gmail.com )
(I still have to work on the front page and find somewhere for the weekly pew sheet.)
___________
This is a first throw at the architecture of the website: what pages and headings go where. I have checked the links and all seem good: please let me know if you see any that either don't work or take you to the wrong place!
I am a little concerned with the About Us section: there seems to be too many headings for a single page: could some of this be put elsewhere, or maybe a new page? As you can see I have divided it up into What we do together and What we believe. Your comments and suggestions please (If it becomes one section, it becomes difficult to see the bottom part of the drop down menu).
For this week I have put in the elements that I have received: mini messy, vintage messy, bellringers. No NSPCC log nor Childline logo received to date. Nor wording for Mini Messy. Any other submissions I will put in as received. Please disregard what is on the pages at present (except the two safeguarding pages). Whatever is showing on the pages at present may or may not be used on the final website.
If you wish to take part in the conversation and the building of the site and have some ideas, please contact me on beermatreader@gmail.com Also by phone 07961 296421 at most reasonable times. Best is that any comments be sent to me via email: beermatreader@gmail.com
The website will be live from 4 to 5 pm every Monday.
Would any other times be suitable to add to this slot?
